This car has been extremely competitive in the 1600 and under 2l sportsedan classes.
The body is completely seam welded… everywhere! It’s had some bumps and has 0 rust. The guards and arches are all steel but very flared. Very neat, straight and was repainted 2015 in De-bear. An alloy 6 point cage was fitted in Japan prior to my purchase. I have been told it is a TRD item but have not seen any markings to support that.
Wheels are Rota, lotus copies 15×8 front 15×9 rear 2 sets, 1 with Nangkang Ar1 and the other with Kumho V70a 225-45-15.
Front brakes FC RX7 with Hawk ht10 pads std rear calipers with Hawk ht10 pads (rears on order) Braided lines all round. Penrite sin600 fluid.
Shocks are adjustable TRD blue short stroke all round and camber tops with a strut bar. 30mm offset rca’s 6 kg/mm Front springs, 3.5 kg/mm rear. It’s just a std front sway bar. It works well for the street, small tight tracks I run on. Adjustable Panhard.

TRD 2 way Diff. Mannon racing crown and pinion 4.89:1 Fitted at the same time as the gearbox, under 100 km.
