Shipping & Returns



Regular shipping:

This is our standard delivery method and is FREE for all purchases.

Express Shipping: Is available for a small fee if selected.

Please Note: The maximum weight we can ship in one consignment is 20kg, therefore some orders over 20kg may be shipped in separate consignments and may have multiple tracking numbers.

Bulk freight: In some circumstances, some of the items on our site may either be large or heavy, for these items you may have to contact us for a Special Shipping arrangements.

Shipping is included in the cost of the item added to your order at the time of checkout. We use freight companies or Australia Post depending on the size of the article.



We deliver to anywhere in Australia. We can deliver to your home, Post Office box or business address, but we need your residential address for billing purposes. Average delivery times to a Capital City are 2 – 3 x Working Days.

Note: Deliveries into Regional Areas may take a little longer.


International Shipping does not accept international orders online for any products. If you wish to purchase a product and ship outside Australia, please contact us for details and assistance.


Returns Policy

Should the product be faulty it must be deemed fault by the manufacturer and can be returned which we are happy to facilitate upon manufacturers approval. Note product must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials.

If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for another, a Re-Stocking Fee will be charged. In the case where you cancel an order after it has already shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges and re-stocking fees.
